LCS liquid filling scale is able to meet the requirements of various automatic liquid filling. Above or under liquid surface filling method is used in this system. The unique designed spray gun is for the purpose of easy, fast and accurate operation and also for maximally preventing residual liquid from dropping in after filling is completed. Being applied in safety conditions, it is suitable for kinds of barrels and containers. During operation, the operator only needs a simple movable container and makes this container inlet be under and toward the spray gun nozzle. Then press start button and the spray gun will be down automatically and empty container will be automatically weighted. After this, the accurate filling is carried on at multi-speed. When filling is finished, the spray gun will be automatically lifted outside the container. At last, the operator moves away the full container and one filling cycle is end.
